We were consultant delegates in 2000, dispensing and assessing pediatric medical and surgical primary care to tribal communities impoverished by famine, drought, insurgency from sqatters and threats from bandits hiding in the hill forest regions of Southern India. The consultancy resulted in an 8ncrease in funding by the Tribal Survellance Bureau in New Delhi.

As consultants, we worked with Migrant Groups and Bond Traders working in closed communities in areas across the conjunction of those rising from the lower poverty line. Family Health clinics that were closely funded by World Bank and USAID. We where we assigned their health workers to benefit from health data scatter plots in urban centers. We gave ID tracking and surveillance reports on migrant workers stemming from the tribal colonies along the forest hills of naxalite torn Northern India.
